Thought for Thursday

I overheard this one statement, by a person I am assuming was at The Strong Museum of Play for a ‘play convention’ or something. It went something like ~

‘Maybe play is scary, intimidating, because there are no rules, it’s not structured.’ 

I didn’t mean to hear it. It just stuck out at that strange moment when there is a lull in conversation, although this time the lull was in the noise in the child-filled room.

What are your thoughts? Do you think they were talking about kids? Adults? Do you agree?

    Hi! Came over from a blog hop and am a new follower thru GFC. I did not see Facebook or Twitter so I could not follow on those. If I missed them somehow, let me know and I can come back.
