Sweet Pea came out into the kitchen gently kicking a big blue ball, grabbed my hand and said “C’mon Mommy!” He took me into the rumpus room, where he proceeded to squat and then roll the ball to me. I’ve never had so much fun giggling at my little toddler, who looks more like a little boy every day. He squats so low that the top of the ball is even with the top of his head, like it’s the proper position for this activity. We had so much fun rolling ball, throwing ball, kicking ball, over and over and over again! I love the simple fun a ball can give to an otherwise frustrating day!
