Building tunnels

Remember me talking about these cool wood things I got at a garage sale earlier this summer? The boys are still loving them! They are still a little difficult for them to put together, but they are trying and succeeding more and more often. Here’s a snapshot Hubby took of us after building a tunnel large enough for them to crawl through. As we built it we had a lot of talk about structure – how the two sides need a long piece on the bottom, long edge down in order to stand, and that both sides have to be the same height, etc. Sweet Pea has taken an interest in building these days!
