Sweet Pea and his train

Sweet Pea, my two year old, tends to follow his older brother’s lead when it comes to playing. Lately, though, he’s been creating and doing some pretend play on his own.

I walked into the room the other day to see this…

…and to hear “Look, Mama! It’s a train!”
before he made train sounds and ran it along the floor like a huge ice skate!
I’m loving the way his mind is developing. It’s amazing how brothers can be so similar, yet so different!

Today I’m participating in a blog hop! Hop along!

Awww, that is so lovely. Everytime I come to your blog, I always admire your fabulous background. I’m a farmer and own several items of John Deere machinery, so when I see this, it reminds me of my lovely tractor!!
