There is nothing like having balloons as a birthday party to make it really feel like a birthday party, right? I love it for the fun we have with the balloons in the days that follow a party, too! I’m sure your kiddos have come up with fun, creative ways to put those balloons to good use, too, and I’d love for you to share how!
Just tonight my boys started bopping the balloons around, trying to keep them in the air with their hands and trying things like blowing on them from underneath, too. It was quite entertaining to watch! I pulled out some paper plates and then there was even more bopping, a tennis-sort of game, quick waving of the plates with the attempt of keeping the balloons in the air or racing them across the room. Of course watching them jump when one pops is fun for Hubby and I, and we’re always careful to pick up every piece!
