While Cutie Pie has been enjoying camp Sweet Pea and I have been doing some fun things together! I often don’t get time alone with Sweet Pea, so I’m extra thankful Cutie Pie likes camp! Since Cutie Pie is gone for 2 hours twice a week we have a good amount of time just to play!
So far Sweet Pea and I have gone to the pool, enjoyed a leisurely walk through the store talking about items and touching them, gone to the library (which is much easier with one child!), gone to the grocery store and tasted the samples and just played at parks and at home!
I love having time with Sweet Pea. He is growing so fast and learning so much. When both boys are together I don’t always see how he’s learning or what his interests are, or even how independent he is. I’m thankful my community offers Preschool Camp – it helps one child grow by actually being there and another grow through his absence.
