A couple of days ago it was nice enough out to go for a bike ride around the block. The boys got their bikes, I pushed one and the other peddled (much better and faster than last year I must say!) We headed around the block and it felt so good to be out in the fresh air! The boys asked to go again and I couldn’t say no…
…but we went around the other block – the one with a slight hill…
Both wanted to be pushed at the same time, which I just couldn’t do. Cutie Pie stopped and wouldn’t go any further, so I asked Cutie Pie what could be done to solve this problem. Here’s what he came up with that worked:
Yes, that’s right, they BOTH got off their bikes and pushed them up the hill! I could see the little cogwheels turning in his head and have to admit I was a little nervous about what his solution would be, but was so relieved and proud when this is what he came up with! Great problem-solving!
