After putting Cutie Pie to bed Easter night and saying our prayers, he asked “How do you get to God’s world?”
I answered him as simply as I could, I didn’t want to get into a discussion about death. Instead I asked him how he thought it happened. He didn’t really know. Then we talked about the Easter story and that Hubby and I believe believing the Easter story we will get there someday. We had talked a lot this past Easter weekend about the Easter story, and so when he was happy and went to bed I knew he understood!
Isn’t that just the perfect question for a 4 year old to ask? I’m curious as to how you would answer it! I’d love to hear your responses!
