The boys were playing around with their lovies this morning when Sweet Pea remarked “Hey, we’re similar!” in his little lovies’ voice. I jumped right in with “How are they similar?” and they began listing the ways. “Both are big, furry, and have black eyes. I know! They both have tails!”
Sometimes it just takes paying some attention to their conversation to get a little learning in, interjecting with simple questions to get them thinking! Simple fun for a preschooler and first grader to do together!
